Paul Simonetti started his first company in 1987 and served his clients exclusively as a landscape maintenance company. In 1991, the company expanded and the scope of work also changed to include services such as painting, gutter cleaning and repair, driveway repair, driveway sealing, landscape construction and light home renovations. The company retained licensed contractors to make repairs to plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems as needed. In 1998, Paul Simonetti once again expanded his company’s capabilities and began to focus more on heavy construction, including: excavation, paving, concrete, masonry, drainage, demolition and larger scale landscape construction projects.
As time progressed Paul Simonetti’s company became more versed in all aspects of construction, and he acted as a general contractor on several large commercial projects. Paul has built and renovated numerous homes for both customers as well as private investment opportunities.

Once Paul and Sharmon moved to Florida making the transition to watching people's homes was a natural transition. "My husband Paul has a rich background in landscaping, home building, home repair and maintenance, so taking that knowledge base and applying it to a different line of work just made sense.. We have always worked well together and running a home watch business compliments our backgrounds beautifully."

Sharmon has worked alongside Paul on many home improvement projects and is no stranger to hard work. She worked with her husband's company while he was repairing bank owned properties to be put back on the market for sale. Professionally she has been an account manager for marketing/advertising agencies and her superior organizational skills and customer-service focused work ethic make her skillset a perfect match for a home watch business.
